|Employee Benefits Open Enrollment Guide
MarketLive is a successful e-commerce solutions company with over 150 employees. They needed a Benefits Guide to promote their upcoming Open Enrollment period, while engaging their workforce to actively participate in the selection of their benefits and partner with their employer in healthcare cost management.
We chose to design these internal communications to seamlessly coordinate with MarketLive’s external communications format, and to be able to fit into an existing outer capacity folder they already had.
The horizontal orientation enabled us to design a clever print piece that resembled a website (the client’s industry), with the cover highlighting company values as “sidebar links”, and the photo image evocative of the relaxed vibe of their office headquarters and its location alongside the Petaluma River. Additionally, the Benefits Guide was laid out and written to appeal to their young, high-tech employee audience.
On demand printing allowed the client to order more as they needed them, as Human Resources also wanted copies of the Guide to use at job fairs and interviews to attract new hires.
